Line scan and area scan systems are used in industrial applications, such as production, logistic, quality control, postal services and other applications. In line (area) scan systems one of the most important parts is illumination. Superior illumination reduces cost of image processing analysis and programming, by increasing accuracy of optical recognition.

High quality industrial LED illuminators has very constant brightness, long operating term (more than 50.000 working hours), uses less energy than halogen lamp illuminator and saves nature.

Autepra is manufacturing industrial LED illuminators for line scan and area scan systems. Our illuminators are mostly used in containers damage inspection systems (the applications are outdoor under the rain, snow, temperatures from -30 to + 50 degrees, in port area where humidity is extremely high).

Our LedLight illuminators are made of 250 mm length cells – the minimum illuminator length is 250 mm and it can be made as long as necessary.

LedLight illuminators has Ethernet (or Bluetooth) modulator, which can adjust brightness of each cell in the illuminator – this allows to adjust the light to work in best way without using any screws or opening the illuminator – the engineer just needs to change parameters in special application (he may be hundreds kilometers away from the site).
