UAB "Autepra" Electronic gate control system

We created transport registering system after analizing situation in Lithuanian transportation market.. Internet transport registration system is used for pre-advice information of trucks, planned to arrive to terminal. Information is filled by haulers, cargo agents and other parties.

Cariers and other concerned persons registers incomming transport. Clients can see how many trucks (containers or vagons) terminal can accept every hour. User has to select free cell in a hour and place a visit information. If hour is full, he has to select next hour.

All supplied data is written to SQL database, can be processed and further transferred to another SQL based system (CTMS, gate control, entrance pass).

System entrance to the terminal reduces to order. It can be upgraded by connecting it to electronic gate control system (PIN, RFID, OCR or other technologies) in the future.

It is trucks traffic control system, allowing track trucks arrival accuracy.
Registered truck drivers can get entrance pass faster, their trucks will be processed faster, they will be assured that there is reserved place for them in terminal.
Gate operator can control how many trucks can be processed per hour. This quantity is changed in to cells in hour – each cell is for one visit. When there is no free cells, truck can be registered in some next hour cell. Terminal operators will be sure that there will be no traffic jams at the terminal gate in some hours – traffic will be distributed for each hour.
If the truck did not arrived on registered time, it is possible to send e-mail message to hauler.
System has reports about visits on time, late visits. Also in system is registered actual arrival and departure time – if there are problems with truck turn around in terminal, this data can be usefull for analysis of such sitations.
In registration system must be entered all necessary data: container ID, ISO code, contents, weight and other. All those container details may be transferred to CTMS system as container pre-advice, when container arrives, operator will have to enter container ID and will get all this data – faster truck income time.
All users are identified by user name and password. Entries may be corrected or deleted.
